Trojgeneračná família reprezentuje tri turbulentné obdobia Gréckeho štátu podpisujúce sa nielen na formovaní národnej identity, ale i na eskalácii udalostí katapultujúcich Grécko až do nelichotivého stavu, v akom ho momentálne poznáme.

Lygizos došel dosud nejdál v zobrazovací tradici intimistických filmů, táhnoucí se od Bressona po bratry Dardenny. Ale tento krok – umožněný současnou digitální technologií – je vlastně zcela logický a důsledný.
